You will ACHIEVE:
- Understand and be able to identify your internal and external stress triggers and how to address them and dilute their power.
- Discover the debilitating impact that stress has on you, both seen and not seen, and effective ways of addressing it, so it does not sabotage you and/or the success you desire.
- Learn proactive approaches to prevent stress from taking control over you and your life.
- Deal more effectively with the ebbs and flows of life.
